As our programmes involve limited batch sizes, live online sessions, digital learning resources, and, where applicable, physical learning materials, we request parents to read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

Refund Eligibility

Programme fees are non-refundable once enrolment has been confirmed and the child has been granted access to the programme, learning materials, or live sessions.

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate or accidental payments.

Incorrect payment due to a technical error.

Cancellation of the programme by ThinkRise Academy without offering an alternative batch.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Missed Sessions

No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to absence, scheduling conflicts, or any personal reasons. Parents are encouraged to ensure their child's availability before enrolling.

Physical Learning Materials

If the programme includes a Welcome Kit or any physical learning materials, the cost of these items is non-refundable once they have been prepared or dispatched.

Programme Transfers

Requests to transfer enrolment to another batch may be considered only before the commencement of the first live session and are subject to seat availability and approval by ThinkRise Academy.
